We offer an extended 40-day return window starting from the date your order is shipped. We want you to have ample time to experience the quality of our Project 5.5 and classic collections.
- Complimentary Returns: To provide a worry-free experience, we provide free return shipping for all eligible domestic orders.
- Simplified Process: We have removed complex return conditions to keep things simple. However, to ensure the most efficient processing and fastest refund, we kindly ask that you contact our support team before sending any items back.

3. RAPID REFUNDS

- Standard Returns: Once your return package is received at our facility, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
- Special Cases: In instances where a refund is approved without the need for a physical return (or for partial refunds), the credit will be issued immediately upon approval.
