1. ORDER PROCESSING & STOCK AVAILABILITY

We move with precision to ensure your items are handled with care.

  • Processing Time: All orders for in-stock items (including the Project 5.5 series) are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • A Note on Availability: To maintain our high standards, we prioritize premium raw materials. Occasionally, specific items may be temporarily out of stock due to material shortages. If a product is unavailable, we recommend checking back in 1–2 weeks or contacting us at support@ygsocks.com for a restock ETA.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We are proud to support worldwide shipping to most global destinations.

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout.

International 7–30 business days (Depending on your specific location)

Please note: Delivery times are in addition to the 2–3 day processing period.

3. TRACKING YOUR JOURNEY

Transparency is key to our service. Your package is dispatched directly from our facility in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, and delivered via YunExpress. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Real-time Tracking: You can monitor your package’s journey at any time on the official YunExpress website, 17track, or AfterShip.
  • Status Updates: It is normal for carrier status updates to experience a slight delay (24–48 hours) as the package moves through logistics hubs. This is no cause for concern. If you have questions about your shipment, our support team is always here to help.

4. TAXES & DUTIES (Hassle-Free Experience)

We strive to provide a seamless international shopping experience without hidden costs.

  • Import Duties (DDP): We ship all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We prepay all import duties and customs fees, ensuring you won’t encounter unexpected charges upon delivery.
  • Sales Tax: For our US customers, sales tax is only collected where required by law. It will be calculated at checkout. If no tax line appears, no payment is required.

5. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time during the 1–2 day processing period before it leaves our warehouse.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep your items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy once the package arrives.
